Job Description:

Kotak Life is hiring Relationship Managers for our Direct Channel in Jaipur. This is a sales role focused on promoting and selling life insurance products directly to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential customers to understand their financial protection needs.

• Promote and sell life insurance policies via direct sales.

• Provide end-to-end assistance from lead generation to policy issuance.

• Maintain customer relationships for long-term engagement and referrals.

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
