Relationship Manager

A Home Loan Executive primarily focuses on selling and managing home loan products. They assess client needs, recommend suitable products, build relationships, and ensure loan disbursement, all while achieving sales targets. They also keep abreast of industry trends and regulations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:

  • Generating leads and sourcing business through various channels. 

  • Implementing and developing sales activities to meet targets. 

  • Developing, preparing, and promoting home loan products. 

• Client Relationship Management:

  • Meeting with clients, verifying documents, and processing loan applications. 

  • Coordinating loan disbursements and ensuring client satisfaction. 

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. 

• Product Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Understanding various business profiles and assessing customer needs. 

  • Explaining different home loan products and their features. 

  • Providing relevant information and guidance to customers throughout the lending cycle. 

• Documentation and Compliance:

  • Managing loan documentation, project updates, and site visits if required. 

  • Ensuring adherence to bank or financial institution requirements. 

  • Checking CIBIL reports and adhering to regulatory guidelines. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in home loan sales or mortgage loan sales .

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills .

• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their financial needs .

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and loan processing software .

• High school or graduation degree .
