We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Manager to oversee property transactions, client interactions, and project sales. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of the real estate market in Pune and be capable of handling sales, marketing, and client management.
Handle sales of residential/commercial real estate projects.
Generate leads through various channels – online portals, cold calls, site visits, and networking.
Manage site visits, property showings, and client meetings.
Provide clients with property information, pricing, and legal documentation support.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.
Stay updated on local real estate trends, pricing, and regulations.
Coordinate with developers, brokers, and legal teams for smooth transactions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
