Real Estate Sales

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in meeting sales targets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits

• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups with potential clients

• Understand client needs and suggest suitable property options

• Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed targets

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

• Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitors, and property values

• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for lead conversion

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and updates for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

• 2–3 years of proven real estate sales experience

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented

• Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate platforms

• Ability to work on weekends and travel to project sites as needed
