Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth by selling RERA-approved industrial plots.

• Identify and approach potential clients including manufacturers, logistics companies, warehouses, and MSMEs.

• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, and brokers.

• Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.

• Conduct site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in industrial real estate.

• Coordinate with the legal and documentation team to ensure smooth transaction closure.

• Participate in real estate expos and industrial trade fairs.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate.

• Minimum 5 years of B2B/industrial real estate sales experience.

• Strong knowledge of RERA regulations, industrial zoning, and compliance.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
