Understand client requirements and provide property options accordingly.
Coordinate and conduct site visits with prospective clients.
Maintain follow-ups and build long-term customer relationships.
Negotiate terms and close property transactions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
Manage post-sales documentation and client coordination.
Proven experience in Real Estate Sales (Residential/Commercial).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong local knowledge of Gurugram, especially Golf Course Extension Road, Sohna Road & SPR.
Comfortable with field sales and flexible working hours (weekends/holidays as required).
Ability to use CRM tools and basic computer knowledge.
Must have own conveyance (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler).
