Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive/Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive/Manager to drive property sales and manage a growing team of sales professionals. This hybrid role combines high-level sales responsibilities with team leadership and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and site visits.

• Conduct property presentations and site tours for prospective clients.

• Manage end-to-end sales processes including lead conversion, negotiations, documentation, and closing.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.

Sales Management:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of real estate sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Monitor daily sales activities, provide regular performance feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

• Design and implement effective sales strategies and incentive programs.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize campaigns and customer experience.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses for senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

• 4–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team lead role.

• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.

• Valid real estate license (if applicable in your region).

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
