### Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and meeting targets for residential and/or commercial properties. The role requires fieldwork and client meetings, so having your own vehicle is mandatory.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and follow up on sales leads through various channels

- Conduct property site visits with clients

- Build and maintain client relationships

- Close property sales and achieve monthly targets

- Prepare sales reports and market analysis

- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities

- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

### Requirements:

- Male candidate only

- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license

- Proven sales experience in real estate or similar field

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and under pressure

- Good knowledge of local property market is an advantage
