Medical Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative (MR) to promote and sell our range of pharmaceutical/surgical/healthcare products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a good understanding of the medical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and clinics.

• Meet daily and monthly sales targets through effective planning and territory management.

• Conduct product presentations and detailing to healthcare professionals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

• Regularly visit healthcare facilities to generate prescriptions and orders.

• Monitor competitor activities and report trends to the management team.

• Maintain records of all sales calls, visits, and follow-ups.

• Participate in medical conferences and promotional events.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• 0–2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales (freshers can apply).

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic about learning.
