*Job Title: Loan Officer – Secured & Unsecured Lending*

Location: Noida, UP

Experience Required: 4–5 years in financial services, specifically in secured (e.g., housing loans, loan against property) and unsecured (e.g., personal loans, business loans) lending within banks or NBFCs

Reporting To: Branch Manager / Area Credit Manager / Regional Sales Head

*Key Responsibilities*

Business Development & Sales

Identify and acquire new clients for both secured and unsecured loan products through direct sales, referrals, and partnerships.

Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets across loan categories.

Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents, automobile dealers, and financial consultants.

Promote cross-selling opportunities for other financial products offered by the organization.

*Professional Experience*

4–5 years of experience in loan processing, credit assessment, or sales within banks or NBFCs.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing loan portfolios.
