Loan Sales

Job Overview:

Responsible for generating home loan business by area mapping, managing channel and customer relationships, and ensuring efficient documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct lane-to-lane area mapping to identify potential loan customers.

  • Generate leads and convert them into home loan sales.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and other sourcing channels.

  • Ensure optimal performance (LSR, SLR, MS) from each source.

  • Recruit and onboard new channel partners as per company guidelines.

  • Identify and empanel potential channel partners (BSAs) as per organizational norms.

  • Guide customers through the home loan process, from application to disbursement.

  • Ensure proper documentation (KYC, income, property papers) and compliance.

  • Maintain daily sales diary and submit regular reports in the prescribed format.

  • Participate in daily team huddles and align with team targets.

  • Stay updated on HDFC products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

  • Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth service experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ✅ Strong knowledge of assigned geography and ability to plan area-wise sourcing.

  • ✅ Good understanding of HDFC and competitor products.

  • ✅ Ability to identify, manage, and grow sourcing channels.

  • ✅ Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills.

  • ✅ Basic credit assessment and eligibility understanding.
