Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

Gender Requirement: Male candidates only

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in mortgage/home loan sales is mandatory

Candidates with a background in financial product sales such as personal loans, credit cards, or insurance may also be considered, provided they have exposure to secured loan sales

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (in-hand) per month

Incentives: Performance-based incentives available

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to potential clients for promoting and selling home loan products

Assess customer requirements and provide tailored mortgage solutions

Assist in documentation, application processing, and follow-ups

Achieve assigned sales targets through regular client acquisition and relationship building

Maintain professionalism and client service standards during all field interactions

Candidate Profile:

Must have hands-on experience in direct sales of mortgage or home loan products

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Willingness to travel locally and meet clients in person

Familiarity with the New Alipore and South Kolkata area is preferred

Target-oriented and self-driven personality
