Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Loan Executive cum Telesales professional to join our growing team. This role combines loan sales with telecalling responsibilities, where you’ll handle inbound/outbound calls, pitch loan products to potential customers, and guide them through the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via phone to promote personal, home, or business loan products.

• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.

• Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.

• Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and maintain regular communication.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion ratios.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools.

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure timely disbursal.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• 1+ years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or loan sales (preferred).

• Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].

• Confidence in handling objections and converting leads.

• Basic knowledge of loan documentation and eligibility criteria.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
