Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Home Loan Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling home loan products, guiding customers through the loan application process, and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience from application to disbursal.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and develop leads through various channels including referrals, walk-ins, and networking.
Meet with potential customers to assess their home loan needs and provide tailored loan solutions.
Explain loan products, terms, and conditions to customers clearly and accurately.
Assist customers with completing loan application forms and documentation.
Coordinate with the underwriting and credit teams to ensure timely processing of loan applications.
Follow up with customers and internal teams to track application progress and resolve any issues.
Maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other partners to drive business growth.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall goals.
Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies related to home loan processing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in home loan sales, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of home loan products, mortgage processes, and regulatory requirements.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
