Provide regular training, mentoring, and motivation to the advisor team.
Drive sales through the advisor network by setting clear goals and monitoring performance.
Plan and execute activities to increase customer acquisition and policy issuance.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Monitor persistency and customer retention metrics.
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and advisors.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–5 years of experience in insurance sales, agency channel, or BFSI domain .
Candidates with sales experience who building their career in BFSI are most welcome.
