Key Account Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Key Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts including data entry, ledger posting, and reconciliations

• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Assist in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance

• Manage petty cash and bank reconciliations

• Support audit processes and prepare necessary documentation

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for accounting queries

• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and follow up for payments

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred

• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements

• Good communication and time management skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy
