This team will get commission for that and you will get fixed salary+ mobile+travelling allowances if you achieve targets you will get incentives . If you don't achieve targets your salary won't get effected it since it is a fixed salary. If any customer gives you an appointment you have to visit that customer for explanation of product and for further documentation along with agent
