Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and persuasive Holiday Consultants – Direct Sales to join our team at Country Holidays Travel India Pvt. Ltd.. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, and directly selling our exclusive holiday membership packages. This is a sales-driven role with attractive incentives and growth opportunities for high performers.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Country Holidays’ travel membership plans directly to potential customers through meetings, presentations, and telecalling.
Identify prospective clients through cold calling, field visits, events, and referrals.
Schedule appointments, conduct product demos, and explain holiday package benefits.
Convert leads into memberships through consultative and persuasive selling techniques.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions in CRM.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
Represent the company in promotional events and travel expos.
Provide excellent post-sale customer service to ensure member satisfaction and retention.
Continuously update knowledge on holiday destinations, pricing, and promotions.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing background preferred).
0–3 years of experience in direct sales, field sales, or B2C marketing (Travel industry experience is a plus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and persuasive selling abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in closing high-value sales.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
