Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly visit and engage with distributors to drive primary orders and resolve operational issues.

• Monitor distributor stock levels, ageing inventory, and timely order fulfillment.

• Work closely with distributors' salesmen to drive secondary sales in retail outlets.

• Identify and onboard new retail outlets and sub-stockists to expand channel coverage.

• Execute trade promotions, new product placements, and schemes through distributors.

• Ensure billing, delivery, and claim settlement is smooth and as per company policy.

• Track sales targets, push SKUs as per priority, and report daily market activities.

• Gather competitor intelligence (pricing, schemes, availability) and update managers.

• Conduct market audits to ensure product visibility, merchandising, and branding.

• Train distributor staff and retail partners on product USPs and sales practices.
