🔧 Job Role / Responsibilities:

Tenant ke flat chhodne ke baad site visit karke flat ka inspection karna.

Flat renovation ka pura kaam (civil, plumbing, electrical, painting, cleaning) supervise karna.

Labour aur vendors ko manage karna aur work timely finish karwana.

Renovation ke photos/videos lena aur office ko regular update dena.

Buyers & tenants ko property dikhana aur site visit handle karna.

Sales team ke sath property show karne me support karna.

Site ki daily report, keys, aur material use ka record maintain karna.

📋 Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass (Diploma ya ITI Civil is a plus point).

Real estate ya renovation field ka experience ho to better.

Car chalani aani chahiye – valid license must.

Apna 2-wheeler (bike/scooty) hona chahiye.

Honest, field work ke liye ready, aur responsible person chahiye.
