Field Sales Specialist

Job Title: Relationship Manager (Field Sales Executive)
Company: Premsons Motor Udyog Pvt. Ltd. (Authorized Dealership of Maruti Suzuki)
Location: Ranchi
CTC: Up to ₹2.50 LPA
Experience: Minimum 1 year in field sales (Automobile sales preferred)
Qualification: Graduate (Minimum)
Timing: 9:45 AM – 7:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through field visits, references, and marketing activities.

• Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers for referrals and repeat business.

• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives for customers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the team leader or manager.

• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth delivery and documentation.

• Provide timely updates and daily reporting to seniors.

• Stay informed about Maruti Suzuki product features, finance options, and competitor offerings.

Key Requirements:

• Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license

• 4-wheeler driving skills preferred

• Comfortable with field sales and meeting daily targets

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
