Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Electrical Distributors

Job Role Overview:
We deal with major electrical and electronic companies like Havells India Ltd, Vihan Electric Pvt Ltd etc.

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and promoting electrical products to dealers, contractors, builders, and industrial clients within an assigned territory. The role involves meeting sales targets, developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent post-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers including electrical contractors, builders, retailers, and industries.

Promote a range of electrical products such as wires, cables, switches, lighting, MCBs, and other related items.

Regularly visit existing clients to maintain strong business relationships and secure repeat orders.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers as required.

Gather market intelligence on pricing, competition, and customer preferences.

Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection of dues.

Coordinate with the internal sales/support team for order processing and delivery tracking.

Participate in product promotions, exhibitions, or roadshows as needed.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly visit reports and sales updates.
