Job Summary:
As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling insurance products to customers in your designated territory. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, and provide them with insurance solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sell Insurance Products: Sell insurance products to customers in your designated territory.
2. Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and prospects.
3. Build Customer Relationships: Build relationships with customers and provide them with insurance solutions.
4. Meet Sales Targets: Meet sales targets and performance expectations.
5. Provide Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support.
Requirements:
1. Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or equivalent.
2. Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
3. Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and performance expectations.
Salary and Benefits:
1. Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month.
2. Incentives: Attractive incentives based on performance, including commissions and bonuses.
