🌟Designation: Associate Area Business Manager (AABM)
🌟Department: ABP Channel (Agency Business Partner)
🌟CTC Budget: Upto 6.00 LPA + Incentive
👉Key Responsibilities:
❄Build a team of Business Partners (preferably with banking knowledge or experience) through your own network. Train and manage these Business Partners effectively.
❄Each Business Partner will be responsible for appointing and developing a team of insurance agents or advisors.
❄Business Partners receive a stipend and performance-based incentives, while agents or advisors earn commissions from the company.
❄Drive sales and achieve business targets through the team.
❄Monitor advisor performance and provide guidance to improve productivity.
❄Conduct regular training, joint field work, and mentoring to develop team capability.
❄Ensure adherence to sales processes, compliance, and documentation.
❄Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
❄Generate leads through various marketing activities and convert them into business.
