The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining product benefits, and converting leads into disbursals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source new customers through field visits, and open market activities

• Promote gold loan products and explain features, benefits, and eligibility criteria

• Build and maintain relationships with local customers and influencers

• Achieve monthly sales and disbursal targets

• Coordinate with the branch team for smooth processing and customer onboarding

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred

• Experience in gold loan, financial services, or field sales is an advantage
