Sales Officer – FMCG & Agarbatti Industry (Odisha)
We are Seeking for an experienced Sales Officer with a proven track record in the FMCG and Agarbatti industry to lead our growth initiatives across Odisha. This is a critical role for expanding our market presence and strengthening our distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:Drive secondary sales and retail market coverage.
Ensure effective product placement in retail outlets based on market demand and competitor presence.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve maximum market penetration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to brand growth in the region.

Expand retail outlet coverage across all potential markets.
Required Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in the FMCG and Agarbatti industry as a TSI, TSO, Sales Representative, or Sales Officer.
Strong leadership, team management, and business development skills.
