Field Sales Officer

1. Market Research:

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities in the CO2 and dry ice sectors.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new customer accounts.

- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

3. Sales Development:

- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

4. Product Knowledge:

- Maintain a deep understanding of CO2 and dry ice products, their applications, and safety regulations.

- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product usage.

5. Proposal and Quotation Preparation:

- Prepare and present proposals and quotes to clients, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

- Negotiate terms and close sales deals.

6. Order Management:

- Manage the sales order process, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery of products.

- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to coordinate dispatch and ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Customer Follow-Up:

- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

- Assist in payment collection and resolve any billing discrepancies.

8. Sales Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.

- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

9. Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to product handling and sales practices.

10. Continuous Improvement:

- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in products and services.

- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to enhance sales strategies.
