As a Field Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct customer interaction in your assigned territory. This includes executing field visits, building strong relationships with clients.
Generate leads through on-ground promotional activities, referrals, and cold calls.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Maintain relationships with key accounts and provide after-sales support.
Collect customer feedback and relay it to the product and marketing teams.
Ensure proper documentation of sales, customer visits, and payment collections.
Stay updated with competitor offerings and market trends.
Conduct demos, distribute marketing material, and support promotional events.
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in Paint , Steel company or FMCG.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Good knowledge of local geography and customer behavior.
Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (for mobility-based roles).
