Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Marketing Intern who will actively visit businesses, institutions, and offices to introduce and promote our HR services. The intern will play a key role in building awareness and generating leads for our offerings in recruitment, payroll, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential clients (corporates, educational institutions, NGOs, etc.) to introduce JSG HR Solutions and its services

• Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and visiting cards • Engage with business owners, HR managers, and admin teams to understand their HR needs

• Collect contact details and set up appointments for the sales or business development team

• Report daily activities and feedback from the market • Support in organizing small promotional events or presentations, if required

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Energetic, confident, and comfortable with fieldwork

• Basic understanding of HR services is a plus (training will be provided)

• Must own a smartphone and be familiar with WhatsApp, email, and Excel

• Ability to travel locally within the city

• Students from marketing, management, or business backgrounds preferred
