Key Responsibilities:
✔ Recruit, train, and manage a minimum of 10 active Field Sales Executives (FSEs) under you.
✔ Plan daily field visits and deployment of FSEs in assigned areas.
✔ Achieve team monthly targets (e.g., minimum 110 merchant onboardings per FSE, or as per project requirements).
✔ Personally support team members to resolve merchant issues during onboarding.
✔ Monitor daily merchant onboarding performance and ensure QR codes are properly installed and activated.
✔ Conduct regular team meetings, share updates, and motivate the team for high performance.
✔ Submit daily and weekly reports to the Project Manager.
✔ Ensure compliance with company guidelines and maintain good merchant relationships.
✔ Maintain discipline, professional behaviour, and represent the company in the field.
