Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
Generate leads from open market and existing database.
Client Interaction:
Explain loan products (home loan, LAP, balance transfer, etc.) to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable home loan solutions.
Documentation:
Assist clients with the loan application process.
Collect and verify necessary documents (KYC, income proof, property papers, etc.).
Loan Processing:
Coordinate with internal credit and legal teams for file processing.
Ensure timely disbursement of loans.
Relationship Management:
Maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other channel partners.
Provide after-sales service and support to customers.
Salary & Incentives:
CTC: ₹2.0 – ₹3.5 LPA (may vary by location and experience)
Incentives: Performance-based (monthly/quarterly bonus
