We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic team at HDEC Sales. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new sales opportunities, and building relationships with customers to achieve sales targets in assigned territories. This role requires proactive engagement with clients, market analysis, and the execution of strategic sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts.

• Visit clients/customers regularly to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Promote and sell HDEC products/services to existing and prospective customers.

• Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services tailored to customer needs.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

• Collect and analyze sales data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.

• Report daily/weekly sales activities and results to management.

• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper documentation.

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
