We are hiring Field Sales Officers (Loan Recovery) to manage recovery of overdue loans through field visits and customer interactions. The role involves visiting clients, educating them on repayment options, negotiating settlements, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining positive relationships. Candidates should have strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently, and meet monthly recovery targets. Minimum qualification is 12th pass , and owning a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
