Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic and target-driven professionals to join our Direct Marketing Channel team in Bangalore. As a Direct Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and offering suitable life insurance products based on customer needs. This is a field role requiring high levels of initiative and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, field visits, and company-provided databases.

• Meet prospective customers, understand their financial needs, and offer appropriate ABSLI insurance solutions.

• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

• Provide accurate product information and assist clients through the sales and onboarding process.

• Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients for upselling and renewals.

• Track and report sales performance and customer interactions through CRM tools.
