Field Sales Officer

We are hiring Field Sales Officers for an exciting on-ground project promoting Amazon Pay services. The role involves engaging with local retailers, educating them about Amazon Pay, and ensuring successful onboarding.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Visit 8–10 stores per day in assigned areas to promote Amazon Pay.

Educate shop owners about features and benefits of Amazon Pay services.

Close sales through cold calling, in-person meetings, and effective follow-ups.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.

Develop creative strategies to boost reach and adoption.

Share daily performance updates and market feedback with the team.

Maintain and grow the merchant/store database.

📌 Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

Experience: 0 to 6 months in field sales preferred (freshers welcome)

Bike and valid driving license are mandatory

Must have good communication and convincing skills

Basic smartphone and computer knowledge required

Comfortable with field work and daily reporting

💰 Salary (In-CTC): ₹20,000 – ₹29,500/month
