Job Overview:

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Field Sales Officers for the Amazon Pay project in Kengeri, Bangalore. The role involves direct merchant onboarding and promoting digital payment solutions. Candidates with experience in IC roles like Razorpay, Paytm, PhonePe, or BharatPe will be given preference.

This is a field-intensive role requiring daily visits to local shops and small businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit 8 to 10 shops daily to onboard merchants to the Amazon Pay platform

• Explain and promote digital payment services including QR codes and UPI

• Conduct cold calling, in-person meetings, and merchant follow-ups

• Guide merchants through app installation and activation

• Maintain accurate records of visits and report performance regularly

• Collect market insights and share updates with the management team

• Meet assigned onboarding and performance targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum education: 12th Pass

• 0.5 – 6+ years of experience in field sales, merchant onboarding, or fintech (preferred)

• Familiarity with platforms like Paytm, PhonePe, Razorpay, Khatabook, BharatPe, etc.

• Bike and valid driving license are mandatory

• Good communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable using smartphones and basic Excel/reporting tools

• Self-driven and result-oriented
