Field Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned residential areas daily to interact with households.

• Collect and record accurate information as per provided formats (digital or paper).

• Explain products/services (if applicable) and create awareness during visits.

• Build rapport with residents to ensure smooth data collection.

• Submit daily reports and collected data to the supervisor or team lead.

• Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively in the field.

• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the manager.

Requirements:

• 12th pass or graduate in any stream.

• Proven experience in field sales, data collection, or customer-facing roles is a plus.

• Good communication skills in local language; basic English or Hindi preferred.

• Must have a smartphone and basic app usage knowledge.

• Two-wheeler with a valid license (preferred).

• Physically fit and comfortable with door-to-door fieldwork.

• Honest, reliable, and punctual.
