Role and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 5 to 10 sales executives
Set daily and monthly sales targets and track progress
Coach and support team members in client interactions and sales techniques
Monitor team performance and provide feedback regularly
Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members
Prepare and submit sales reports to senior management
Resolve customer and team issues quickly and effectively
Collaborate with other departments to improve sales processes and customer experience
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 2 to 5 years in sales
Education: Graduate in any discipline (commerce or business background is a plus)
Strong leadership and communication skills
