Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a background in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotels and clubs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B sales, a proven track record of engaging in face-to-face client interactions, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and meeting sales targets. Travel is required for client meetings and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients in the hospitality segment
Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and presentations with potential and existing clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, clubs, and corporate organizations
Understand client needs and tailor customized solutions to meet their requirements
Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline in CRM
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and hospitality forums
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless delivery of services
Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the hotel or club industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Comfortable with fieldwork and client visits – willingness to travel as required
