Job Title: B2B Field Sales Executive
Location: Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Nashik
Industry: Travel & Tourism / Tour & Travel DMC
Experience Required: 1–3 years in B2B sales or field sales within the travel industry
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹80,000 per month (plus performance incentives)
Role Overview:
As a B2B Field Sales Executive, you will:
Visit travel agents and channel partners across your assigned region
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships
Sell domestic and international tour packages
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets through face-to-face and telephonic pitches
Report on market insights, competitor activity, and client feedback
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential travel agents to expand business reach
Relationship Management: Regularly engage with agents, understand their needs, and ensure timely support and bookings
Sales Execution: Present and negotiate tour packages, convert leads into confirmed bookings
Market Reporting: Track competitor trends, and report pipeline and performance metrics to the team
Coordination: Liaise with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth booking management
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Graduate, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business
Experience: 1–3 years in travel B2B or DMC sales
Technical Skills: MS Office, CRM familiarity preferred
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English and local languages
Competencies: Self-motivated, target-driven, confident presenter, organized, and proactive
Work Timings & Benefits:
Hours: Full-time field role; office hours typically 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Travel: Extensive travel within your region is required
Salary: ₹25,000–₹80,000 base plus commissions and travel allowances
