As a Relationship Manager in the Direct Channel, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting daily sales calls for financial planning sessions with clients.

2. Acquiring customers and generating targeted premiums.

3. Delivering complete product information to customers.

4. Monitoring and fulfilling prospect and customer leads for new business or cross-sell opportunities.

5. Cross-selling and up-selling products to existing customers and building portfolios.

6. Managing customer relationships to ensure persistency and renewals.

7. Adhering to sales systems, operational, underwriting, compliance guidelines, and ensuring accurate data capture.

8. Reporting and highlighting any violations of sales, compliance, HR guidelines to superiors.
