We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales and Marketing Executive to drive sales and promote our products/services in assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field visits, lead generation, client acquisition, and executing marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and achieve sales targets.
Identify and visit potential clients/customers to promote products/services.
Generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
Collect market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Execute field-level promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Distribute marketing materials like brochures, flyers, etc.
Participate in exhibitions, events, or roadshows to create product awareness.
Gather customer feedback and market trends for product improvement.
Coordinate with the marketing team for local advertising and branding initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in field sales, marketing, or similar roles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, email communication).
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Good time management and organizational skills.
