JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage vendor coordination, performance, and compliance with SLAs.
Monitor and enforce packaging quality standards as per company guidelines.
Track and update the real-time status of all orders in internal systems.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in coordination with relevant teams.
Ensure timely escalation and reporting of any deviations from set processes
English and local language proficiency

Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills using information at hand and logical arguments, Strong negotiating skills, Ability to seal the deal
