Role Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to drive the growth of our electric vehicle business. The role involves managing both primary and secondary sales, strengthening relationships with existing dealer networks, recruiting new dealers/distributor points (a key focus), and achieving individual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers/distributors in assigned territory

• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing dealer networks

• Ensure consistent secondary sales from dealer channels

• Achieve monthly and quarterly personal sales targets

• Regular field visits, market mapping, and competitor analysis

• Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience, preferably in automobiles/EVs/FMCG

• Strong networking and relationship management skills

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district

• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 10+2; Graduation preferred

Work Type:

• Full-time, On-field
