Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell life/general insurance products through the bank’s branches.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to generate leads and referrals.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as agreed with management.

• Conduct regular training sessions for bank staff to keep them updated on insurance products.

• Assist clients in selecting suitable insurance plans based on their financial needs.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines.

• Maintain proper documentation and update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales activities.

• Handle post-sales services including policy servicing and claims assistance.
