Key Responsibility
Develop and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, PMC firms, contractors, and dealers.
Identify and visit potential customers on-site (construction/interior sites, offices, showrooms).
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable T-Grid ceiling solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide accurate market intelligence—competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Coordinate with the back-office team for quotations, order processing, and dispatches.
Ensure payment follow-ups and client satisfaction post-sale.
