Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sound Box Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sound Box Sales Rep, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality sound box products to a diverse range of customers, including businesses, retailers, and individual consumers. You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Lead Generation: Actively seek out and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, Open market sourcing and other creative methods.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our sound box products, features, and benefits to effectively demonstrate and sell them to customers.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients by providing excellent customer service and product recommendations tailored to their needs.

Negotiation & Closing Sales: Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, ensuring they receive competitive and favourable deals. Successfully close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct in-person or virtual demonstrations of sound box products to showcase their value and capabilities.

Market Research: Stay up to date with market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products to ensure that our sound box offerings remain competitive.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.

Customer Support: Provide post-sale support to customers, addressing any concerns, product issues, or service inquiries.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in Field sale, consumer electronics or audio equipment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Enthusiasm for technology and sound systems.

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and product demonstrations.
