Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new and manage existing relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, and end users.
  
  

• Conduct regular prospecting calls (telephonic and in-person) to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  
  

• Perform field visits to ongoing project sites to meet clients and gather project-related information (project scouting).
  
  

• Increase brand visibility and enhance the company’s image in the local market.
  
  

• Systematically follow up with leads to ensure conversion and customer retention.
  
  

• Represent the brand at relevant community and trade events.
  
  

• Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Sales Manager.
  
  

• Vehicle ownership is mandatory for field visits and client meetings.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Graduate or above (preferred in Business/Marketing/Commerce or related fields)
  
  

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant sales experience.
  
  

• Industry Preference: Experience in Building Materials, preferably in the Plywood, Laminates, or Interior Decor segment.
  
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication tools
  
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
  

• Strong negotiation and people management abilities
  
  

• Good decision-making skills
  
  

• Deep understanding of market trends and customer behavior

• Ability to work independently and in teams
  
  

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
