Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

Paytm is looking for dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to drive merchant issue resolving, QR code activation / deactivation, and promotion of financial and digital products across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, have a strong understanding of the local market, and be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit local merchants and businesses daily to close the ticket them on the Paytm platform.

• Activation and Paytm QR codes, soundbox, and EDC devices deployment and replacement.

• Educate merchants on the benefits of Paytm’s financial services like GOLD SIP.

• Close daily tickets raised by merchants.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for merchant query resolvement.

• Maintain accurate records of visits, merchant details, and sales performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 10th / 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).

• 0–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in fintech, telecom, or FMCG.

• Fresher candidates with good communication skills are also welcome.

• Should own a smartphone and a two-wheeler (preferred).

• Comfortable with field work and meeting new people.
