We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets through direct client interactions in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients within the assigned territory to promote products and services.
Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing customers
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions/products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role (B2B).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong closing skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
